Day 1 : PARIS(CDG) – ANTANANARIVO
Flight to Antananarivo (TNR).
Welcome and transfer to the hotel on the foothills of the capital.
Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel « Sakamanga ».

Day 2 : ANTANANARIVO – ANDASIBE   150Km  4h
Breakfast at Hotel.
Departure for Andasibe on the RN2 road towards the east of the country.
Halt at Mandraka to visit a small private herding farm belonging to Mr Peyreiras (endemic reptiles, cameleons, butterflys, snakes…).
Continue towards Andasibe.
Upon arrival : visit to the Private Park of Vakona (various species of Lemuriens, crocodiles, tortoise)
Dînner and overnight at « Vakona Hotel ».

Day 3 : ANDASIBE    5h
Breakfast at Hotel.
Visit of National Park of Analamazoatra.
This tropical humid rainforest is the abode of the Indri Indri considered as the most evolved and the largest of the Lemurian family. It is a natural environment that permits observation at a distance. Orchids and incandescent ferns offer an exceptional decor of the park.
Night visits of the park are managed by the local population.

Departure for Manambato for a distance of 105 Km.
Boat Transfer to Akanin’ny Nofy by crossing of lake Rasoabe.
Visit of the Private Reserve of Palmarium.
This natural private reserve rich in plant species namely: acacia, cinnamon ; plants that are adapted to the drought as well as a dozen of lemur species in the wild but accustomed to human presence are to be found.
Night visits to admire the famous nocturnal lemur known as the « AYE-AYE »

Day 5 : AKANIN’NY NOFY – TAMATAVE – MAHAMBO  3h   90 Km/4h
Breakfast at Hotel.
Boat transfer to Tamatave on the Canal des Pangalanes where one can cross fishermen on pirogues, bamboo barges transporting various merchandise such as fruits, fish, charcoal… Discovery of scenes of natural village life.
Continue towards the south passing by and having lunch at the capital of the eastern region, Tamatave, and ongoing to Mahambo.
Welcome and transfer at hotel.
Dinner and overnight at Hotel « La pirogue ».

Day 6 : MAHAMBO – SAINTE MARIE  3h30 
Breakfast at Hotel.
Boat Transfer bateau to Sainte Marie island.
Dinner and overnight at hotel « Lakana ».

Discovery of hump backed whales.
Sainte Marie and its coast is a favorable area to observe hump backes whales during their migration between the monts of July and September towards the Indian Ocean. This boat trip will take three to four hours. It is also an ideal location for diving.

Free day on the coast.
A small island with of the coast of Sainte Marie whereby hikes of about 8 Km as well as diving as per preferences.

Day 9 : ILE AUX NATTES  
Breakfast at hotel.
Free day on the coast.
Dinner and overnight at hotel « Maningory ».

Day 10 : ILE AUX NATTES – SAINTE MARIE – ANTANANARIVO
